Our fitness suite located on the top floor of the clubhouse is an inspiring place to train, offering stunning views of the Club’s grounds.  Our gym offers premium cardiovascular, strength and conditioning equipment and our mix of instructor led and virtual fitness classes are an ideal way to work out with friends.

For added motivation and a tailored approach, our personal trainers will work with you to develop a programme to achieve your own personal goals.

The fitness suite is complemented by our heated indoor and outdoor pools, open all year round and our sauna, steam room and outdoor spa.  Our Treatment Room provides a range of therapists – Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Massage, Facials and Counselling – for Members.


Our cardiovascular equipment is fitted with 7XI consoles which as well as offering TV and radio also gives Members access to popular social media platforms such as Youtube, Facebook, Twitter and MyFitness Pal. We also offer Matrix’s exclusive sprint* workout, a science-based High Intensive Interval Training programme, a Wattbike and Keiser bikes with a dedicated App to allow you to monitor and track your progress.

In addition to the cardiovascular equipment we offer a full range of free weights alongside fixed resistance machines.


From calming Yoga and Pilates through to high intensity Keiser cycling and Tabata training, plus fun workouts like DDMix, our mix of instructor-led and Wexer virtual classes offer workouts for all fitness levels.

Osteopathy with Poora Singh

Poora Singh has been the Senior Trackside Performance Osteopath at British Athletics for the last four years, working with the British Olympic Team. He was part of the medical team that prepared the athletes for the World Championships in Moscow, the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow and the 2016 Olympics in Brazil. For the last eight years he has also been the Consultant Osteopath to the PGA European Tour, travelling with the Tour worldwide and working with the world’s leading golfers.

Physio Art

Physio Art physiotherapists are specialists in the treatment of acute sports injuries, long standing muscular-skeletal pain or dysfunction, and post-operative rehabilitation. They treat many conditions ranging from back and neck pain, tendon problems such as tennis elbow or Achilles issues and guide people back into sport following shoulder, hip or knee surgery.

Sports Massage with Colin Chatten

Colin is a sports massage therapist who has been based at the Club since 2000. He trained at the Oxford School of Osteopathy,

gaining a certificate in advanced remedial massage. Colin focuses on both therapeutic and relaxing massage, dealing with

muscular and joint problems, as well as stress relief and postural problems.
