Booking Rules
The booking system is available 24/7.
Members may book all squash courts up to 7 days in advance.
Members may book all tennis courts, except grass courts, up to 7 days in advance
Grass courts can only be booked on the day, when in season, from 10.00am
Members can book fitness classes up to 7 days in advance
The new booking sheets for courts and classes are automatically added daily for booking at 9.00pm.
The member who books the court should select playing partners/opponents to show on the booking sheets.
Members may book three sessions in the pool in advance from Monday to Sunday. You are free to book any further available sessions from midnight the day before the session of your choice.
Members are limited to one advance booking per day at peak time for squash and tennis courts. Further bookings can be made on the day if courts are available.

Late-Cancellation policy Squash Courts:
When unable to play, Members should cancel the court as soon as possible.
The system will automatically log a “late-cancellation” when a squash court booking is cancelled within 48 hours, however, this log is automatically deleted as soon as the same court (date and start time) is re-booked by another member.
At this stage, there are no penalties for late cancellations (but they are logged and counted within the system).

Late-Cancellation policy Fitness Classes:
When unable to attend a class, Members should cancel the booking as soon as possible.
The system will automatically log a “late-cancellation” when a booking is cancelled within 2 hours, however, this log is automatically deleted as soon as the same class (date and start time) is re-booked by another member if the class is fully booked.
Three late cancellations in one week (Monday to Sunday) will stop any further bookings being made for fitness classes from the following Monday for 7 days.

Late-Cancellation policy Swimming Pools:
When unable to attend a booked swimming lane, Members should cancel the booking as soon as possible.
The system will automatically log a “late-cancellation” when a booking is cancelled within 2 hours, however, this log is automatically deleted as soon as the same lane (date and start time) is re-booked by another member if the lane is fully booked.
One late cancellation in one week (Monday to Sunday) will stop any further bookings being made for swimming lanes from the following Monday for 7 days.

Cancellation of Indoor Courts:
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for indoor courts. If you cancel an indoor court booking 24 hours before you are due to play your MyCourts account will be credited.
If you cancel within 24 hours your MyCourts account will only be credited if the court is booked by another member.
The system will automatically log a “late-cancellation” when a booking is cancelled within 48 hours, however, this log is automatically deleted as soon as the same court (date and start time) is re-booked by another member.
At this stage, there are no penalties for late-cancellations (but they are logged and counted within the system).

Check-in / No-Show policy:
The member who books the court or who has booked a fitness class or pool lane MUST check-in within 90 minutes prior to playing or attending a class/pool on the touch screen terminals which have been installed in the squash corridor, reception, outside the Fitness Suite & Indoor Tennis Centre.
To check-in, you can either swipe your membership card on one of the card readers next to the kiosk system, use your PIN number or use the GPS check in option on your mobile device.
If you do not know your PIN number, click “My Settings” when logged in to the booking system on the website (http://edgbastonpriory.mycourts.co.uk).
You can also use your PIN to register your card on the system if it’s “not recognised”.
The system will automatically assume a “no-show” when the member who booked the court or class fails to check-in.
At this stage, there are no penalties for no-shows on tennis and squash courts (but they are logged and counted within the system).
Three No-Shows in one week (Monday to Sunday) for fitness classes will stop any further bookings being made for fitness classes from the following Monday for 7 days.
One No-Show in one week (Monday to Sunday) for the pool lanes will stop any further bookings being made for pool lanes from the following Monday for 7 days.
