This year marks the 40th anniversary of this prestigious LTA grass-court tournament which was first won by the legend, Billie Jean King, in 1982. For forty years, the very best British players and emerging international talent have competed against the world’s top players to lift the famous Maud Watson Trophy as they prepare for The Championships, Wimbledon.
It’s a fantastic showcase for grass-court tennis and a guaranteed wonderful day out for members and their guests. There are lots of plans underway as we prepare to celebrate the 40th anniversary but for now be sure to book the best seats in the stadium.
