Following the success of squash at the Commonwealth Games we’re delighted to host an open afternoon of squash as part of England Squash and Racketball’s Get Back on Court campaign.
On Sunday 7th September, we’ll be hosting two hours of free squash for members and non-members from 3pm – 5pm.
There will be lots of skills & drills, match practice, conditioned games and a chance to hit with various players of different abilities, including our team players.
If you’re one of the one million viewers inspired by the men’s final between Nick Matthew and James Willstrop in July then come along and find out more about squash.
Edgbaston Priory Club has a thriving squash and racketball scene, offering courses for all ages and abilities plus internal leagues. We field a range of teams in local, regional and national leagues and run our own highly popular Club Championships.
We’re also home to a growing number of professionals, one of whom, Bradley Hindle (pictured above), represented Malta at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow. We host major squash and racketball tournaments throughout the year, offering members the chance to see some of the best players in the country in action.
So come along and enjoy an afternoon of squash. Call Mike Edwards on 0121 440 2492 to find out more.
