If this is not possible the issue will be investigated and a report on the findings sent to you within 20 working days, in line with our Formal Complaints Policy*
All Members feedback will
be recorded and shared with Members on a quarterly basis.
If you wish to make a complaint about the Club’s policies, Rules, Bye-Laws or the behaviour of another Member, Junior or member of staff please refer to the Formal Complaints Policy.
