Just a few reminders if you’re coming to tomorrow’s Spooky Sparkly Spectacular which is now SOLD OUT!

A link to your tickets is included in this email. You must show your tickets to gain entry.  To save on paper and printing you can download your ticket onto your phone or print them off to show on the gate on the night.

If you do not have your ticket to hand, you may experience a delay getting into the grounds.

Do feel free (children and adults) to come in your spookiest fancy dress!

Parking will be available on the lower end of the Sir Harry’s Road car park and both Priory Road car parks.  Please leave plenty of time to get to the club and park.

Timings for the evening are as follows:

• Gates open at 6pm
• Food, drink and Hallowe’en activities from 6pm
• Firework display at 7:30pm (best viewing from the car park outside the clubhouse entrance)
• DJ from 6pm in the main bar
• Food available until 9pm
• Bar closes at 11pm

Throughout the night please tag us on Facebook and Instagram in your photos and feel free to use the the hashtag #EPCFireworks if you are happy for us to share your fun moments.

Keeping Covid-safe

If you have any symptoms or have a positive test, please do not come to the event.  During the evening, please ensure you use the available hand sanitisers regularly to reduce any spread of the virus.
