We are delighted to welcome world-famous dancer, Carlos Acosta, for an exclusive members’ Q&A with cocktails and canapes. Widely recognised as the greatest male dancer of his generation, renowned for both his physical power and charisma, Carlos Acosta joins Birmingham Royal Ballet as its new artistic director. His autobiography entitled ‘No Way Home’ published in 2007, charts his remarkable journey from one of the poorest districts of Havana, the youngest of 11 children, to an international 30-year career in dance, which has earned him numerous accolades and awards.

At this event Carlos will share his vision for Birmingham Royal Ballet, how he plans to reach out to new and more diverse audiences and what he does to maintain his personal fitness.
