As part of its strategic development plan The Edgbaston Priory Club is fully committed to improving the standard of its leisure facilities. These facilities are an essential part of the club’s overall attraction and are critical to the retention of existing members and in attracting new members to the club.
The gym was refurbished in 2006 by Technogym who remain the world’s leading manufacturer of equipment supplying Manchester United, Real Madrid and Vodafone Maclaren. This equipment has been very well received by all members and clearly demonstrates the standards the club intends to set in the future.
During 2007 the indoor pool area was completely refurbished with a new steam room, sauna and shower area. During 2008 the outdoor pool area was rejuvenated and provides members with one of the most unique facilities in the country. The pool itself has been completely refurbished, a new spa has been installed and there is additional space for sun bathing and relaxing by the pool.
